A complete price analysis of the labour & materials, time,
legalities & logistics required, & the detailed budget
allocation of every other aspect is documented & shared
with you. Tell us your budget & we would try to
design renovation solutions that fit. Please bear in mind
that by shifting the responsibility of the entire renovation
project to one builder saves you extra costs and time.


4. Renovation Solutions
We document the renovation solution
including a complete costing analysis, and
send it your way for review, comments and
approval. Please remember that you can
change anything you wish to in this first draft.
We only move forward after the revisions are
documented and approved too.
5. Graphics Speak Louder
Experience a renovation before it happens.
We may also share a 2D or 3D graphic
representation to give you a complete look
and feel of the after-renovation space.


6. Final Approval
After the renovation requirements are discussed
and approved, we email the final presentation
of our plan or share it in person with you.
The contract is signed between you and us,
and a work schedule is shared. It is only after
this stage that the real action begins.
